Tender For Job Work Of Repair And Painting Work Of Canteen - Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead. 2 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile organic compound) content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Old work (one or more coats) 3 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats @2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete. 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to given an even shade :One or more coats on old work. 5 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5in foundation and plinth in.Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1.6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 7 Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.Cement mortor 8 Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath,parks, lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required stregth, thickness & size/shap, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joint with sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complet all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern. 9 Rainforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings balconles, shelves, chajjas, lintals bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level. Excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 10 Fixing of GCI/AC sheets in position including supply of all materials, labour 10mm dia G.I J or U hooks, limpet & bitumen washer of approved quality and approved screws T&P etc. and overlapping as per I.S.I specification but excluding cost of GCI/AC sheets. 11 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as rein-forced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not wrought to include in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of its wastage bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured (excluding cost ofreinforcement) 12 Mild steel or iron work of heavy sizes such as column, trusses, portals, crane, gantries, built up gates, door frame, record racks, roof work rain water gutter of MS plates, wind ties etc. as per drawing supply including hoisting, welding as required drilling holes including cost of approved welding rods charges of all steels, T&P etc. such as electric welding machines, winches, chain pulley block drill machine and steel wire/manila ropes etc. including all bolts and nuts (excluding foundation bolts) and labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. But excluding the cost of steel. (labour rate only) 13 Excavating, supplying and fillingof local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift. 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level. 1:5:10 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 10 graded Brick aggregate 40mm (nominal size)
