(3) Delivery Will Be Given On As Is Where Basis (By Lot Basis) (4) Lot Is In Order And Ok Can Be Put Up For Auction Sale. (5) Similar And Other Type Of Material Lying Nearby The Lot Will Not Be Delivered, And Any Other Such Material Found Nearby The Lot Will Not Be Delivered. After Complete Removal Of Rcc /Bricks/Rubble Masonry And Rubbish From Site, The Delivery Will Be Permitted And The Land Should Be Cleared Of All Debris Before Completing The Delivery Barricading/Protection Should Be Provided By Purchaser To Avoid Any Unusual Incident At Work (12) No Electrical Copper Wire Present, Only Aluminum Wire Which Is Damaged & Not Of Use Is Present To Be Handed Over If Found. Electric Meters Were Removed And Handed Over To Sse (E/M) Gpr.
