Cutting Of Rail Above 6 Meters Is Allowed For Easy Transportation. The Stockholder Is Responsible For Any Alteration, Addition Or Deletion In The Lot After Joint Inspection. Dunnages As Mentioned In Ss-11 Are Included In The Lot And To Be Delivered. Fist Plates/Joggle Fish Plates/Glued Joints And Other Fittings Are To Be Returned To The Stockholder. The Quantity As Per Ss-11 Has Been Amended To 38.768 Mts From 38.766 Mts And R/M Of Rails To 745.54 From 745.50 . Sse/P.Way/M/Pnvl Will Make Necessary Corrections In Quantity And R/M On Tms Stack B Involves Crossing Of One Line . Rails To Be Shifted Manually On Dn Side As Loading Point Is On Dn Side. Utmost Care To Be Taken By The Purchaser And His Labours During Shifting Of Rails Manually. All Precautions To Be Taken By The Purchaser During Loading Of Rails By Hydra/Labour. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Any Other Railway Property/Facility/Equipments Whether Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise. The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For The Safety Of His Labours And Other Staff In Railway Premises During The Process Of Cutting And Loading Of Rails. Lot Is Ok For Sale On Above Observations.
