Straight With Oblique Wave-3; 20 Nos. 6. Straight With Oblique Wave-4; 20 Nos. 7. Short Conical Liner; 40 Nos. 8. Long Conical Liner; 40 Nos. 9. Inlet Side Liner (Without Boss); 32 Nos. 10. Pacmann Metallic Inorganic Gasket Having Mica As Per Size-1925X2315x10mm; The Quantity For Above Backing Material Should Be As Per Site Requirement Chemical Composition Of Hi Chrome Liners: 1- Carbon: 2.4 To 2.8 % ,2- Chromium: 22.0% To 28.0 %, 3- Manganese: 1.0 % Max, 4- Silicon: 1.0 % Max 5 -Nickel: 0.5 % Max , 6- Molybdenum: 0.6 % , 7- Sulphur: 0.06% Max ,8- Phosphorus : 0.06% Max, 9 Copper:1% Max,. 10- Hardness: 57 - 62 Hrc. Working Temperature Of Liners <2000°C Retain Austenite - Max -08%, Micro Structure : Primary Carbides Martensite Matrix. The Above Material Shall Be Strictly As Per Relevant Drawing & Specification Of M/S Bhel. Note: The Firm Shall Provide Their Supervision During Installation Of Supplied Material.
