Tender For Provision Of Main, Standby Lt, Ht Feeder Power Cables At Imphal International Airport.; 1 Supply of LT Power Cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-1 with up-to-date amendments as required. 2 4 x 16 Sq.mm 3 3.5 x 95 Sq.mm 4 3.5 x 185 Sq.mm 5 Supply of following LT Control Cables, Solid Copper Conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC Inner sheathed, armoured 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with up-to-date amendments as required. 6 3 C x 2.5 Sq.mm 7 12 C x 2.5 Sq. mm 8 Supply of 6 Sq.mm, 5 KV grade, stranded annealed plane copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmored underground, anti-rodent anti termite treated airfield lighting cable, confirming to IS 1554 Part II with up-to-date amendments as required. 9 Supply of 2C x 6 Sq.mm, 5 KV grade, stranded annealed plane copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmored underground, anti-rodent anti termite treated airfield lighting cable, confirming to IS 1554 Part II with up-to-date amendments as required. 10 Supply of following sizes 5 KV grade dry type plug receptacle of type I, class B primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required as per technical specifications. 11 6 Sq.mm 12 2 x 6 Sq.mm 13 Supply of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe with pressure rating PN 6 grade PE 63 confirming to IS 4984:2016 with latest amendment, complete with all associated accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc., complete as per site requirement as per technical specifications. 14 63 mm dia. 15 90 mm dia. 16 Laying, Jointing and Commissioning of HDPE pipe by trenchless method by carrying out Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) along or across various flexible or rigid pavement like Runway or Taxiway and service Road or Drain etc., at various site or location as per the drawing approved by AAI including survey, information collection regarding underground utilities, sensing of utilities by sensing equipment, pit making, pilot drilling, pre-reaming, pulling the supplied duct of various size as the design invert level and providing barricades and necessary warning signal lights, restoration of paved surfaces or Utilities etc., as required. 17 63 mm dia 18 90 mm dia 19 Supply following dia G.I. Pipe (medium class) completed as required. 20 40 mm dia 21 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/DWC/HDPE/METAL pipe as required. 22 Up to 35 Sq.mm 23 Above 35 Sq.mm and up to 95 sq.mm 24 Above 95 Sq.mm and up to 185 sq.mm 25 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. 26 Up to 35 sq.mm 27 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/DWC/HDPE/METAL pipe as required. 28 Up to 35 sq.mm 29 Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 30 3.5 x 185 Sq.mm 31 Supplying and making end termination with double compression brass gland and Al. lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 32 4 x 16 Sq.mm 33 3.5 x 95 Sq.mm 34 3.5 x 185 Sq.mm 35 Supplying and making end termination with double compression brass gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 36 6 C x 2.5 Sq.mm 37 12 C x 2.5 Sq. mm 38 Making field connections by crimping 6/16 sq.mm. plug and receptable with the existing 16/6sq.mm. single core PVC insulted copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying PVC insulation tape complete as required. 39 Supplying and laying SWG G.I wire at 0.75 mtr below ground level along with cable and connect to conductor earth electrode including connection/termination with GI thimble etc., as required. 40 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40 mm dia. including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. 41 Constructing of double bond brick masonry manhole of 100 x 100 x 75 cm in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 along with MS cover 6 mm thick hinged on angle frame for support with lockable arrangement.
