Tender For Repair/Replacement Of Fencing, Rolling Shutter & Steel Gate Of Zone ‘A At Hisar Mil Stn Under Ge (West) Hisar; 1 Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking outembeded in concrete, brick work masonry portion andmaking good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed. 3 Excavation in post holes in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in posts (including caps & bases)/coping including formwork complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fixing mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165)complete all as specified and directed.Note:- 1. Flat iron for securing wire mesh to be provided is to measured in this item.2. Machine made screw bolt 10mm dia exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long shall be measured and paid separately. 6 S&F mild steel round plain bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fixing 10mm dia, exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long machine made mild steel screw bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with onewasher and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.Note :Paymentshallbeallowedafterascertainingweight of chain linkasperactualatsitethroughBOO as orderedbyGE. 9 Fixing onlyG.I. chain link fencing including line wires, mesh of any size and type to any type of standards, rails/MS bars, straining bolts, etc. Including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for preparation ofnew steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. 12 S & F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standards rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provn of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured) 13 Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for rendering 15 mm thickplaster on on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfacesin CM (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supplied and fixed in repair for framed work as in doors or gates of angle/hollow section or other section with gusset Plate, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and door fittings necessary riveting/welding cutting up complete steel conf. to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.Note : Disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good to true surface. 17 Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. 19 M & L for Periodical inspection, checking and repairing/replacing various parts, greasing / oiling as required repairto make the sliding steel door/steel gates/rolling shutters (gear/hand operated) for easy and smooth operation complete all as specified and directed. 20 Taking down existing steel rolling shutters size not exceeding 5.20 x 7.00 m with all connecting items and repairs/ replace the lath of steel rolling shutters and locking arrangements, greasing, tightening of helical wire spring including welding wherever required, oiling, etc complete ao make in serviceable condition andapplying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Lath of steel rolling shutters, lock plate with locking arrangement and shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Spring will be included in therate of item (iii) supply only unserviceable items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 21 Supply only lath of rolling shutter (thickness of lath 1.25 mm) complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply only Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply only Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 leavers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed. 24 S & F in repairs for Prefabricated lock plate length not less than 2.20 and not more than 4.00 mm and width not less than 0.15 m and not more than 0.20m of riveted construction made out of mild steel sheet 3.15 mm thick ,reinforced with mild steel angle 35 x 35 x 5 mm size at bottom and locking arrangement with two 50 mm bow handles and flat iron 25 x 3 mm to fix the lath and lock plate complete all as specified and directed. 25 S & F in repairs for 2 mm thick MS sheet hood cover of rolling shutter to accommodate the spring and lath when rolling shutter open including two coat of synthetic enamelpoint over a coat of red oxide primer, and taking down the existing cover complete all as specified and directed.
