| 2 | M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed |
| 3 | Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L for premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix laid / rolled with power road roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less)complete all as specified and directed . |
| 5 | Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30with 5.5% minimumbinder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.(Note: No Extra payment shall be paid tothe contractor for more quantity of bitumen than mentioned in Sch \"A\".) |
| 6 | M&L for applying thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour, 2.5 mm thick not exceeding 10cm width with glass beeds 250 gm/sqm including layout of centre line, dashes, arrows, speed breakers, writting letters etc, using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispencer propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator, on road surface made free of all dirt, scales oil grease, foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | S&F in repairs road delinators as per IRC-79-1981 (road way indicators) dual directions, retro reflective, round delinator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe 75 mm dia and of height 900mm duly powered coat painted and provided with three reflective band of colour red, white and yellow colour, 150 mm wide and50 micron thick and protected with welded wire cage including necessary excavation of size 300x300x450mm and PCC 1:2:4 type B2 foundation complete all as directed. |
