Tender For Repair And Cleaning Of Sewage Line, Septic Tanks And Soakage Wells In Lal Tikku Khad Area Under Age B/R-Ii Of Ge (South) Mamun; 1 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100mm bore (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, with hauncing etc. including taking outfromtrenches and removing the debris from the site, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm bore (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, with hauncing etc. including taking outfromtrenches and removing the debris from the site, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200mm bore (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, with hauncing etc. including taking outfromtrenches and removing the debris from the site, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Demolition of (reinforced) cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for & removing debris from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition). 5 Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, drains etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including removal of deberies from the site complete all as specified and directed. 6 Demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete of any description and in anyposition including removing debris from the site complete all as specified and directed. 7 Taking down existing cement plaster frombrick walls or stone walls built in cement mortar etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, to receive plaster, including removing debris from the site complete all as specified and directed. 8 Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), smooth finished and reforming benching as required of 100 mm bore pipe, including making good of manhole surface to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed. 9 All as per description of Srl item No. 08 here in before but for 150 mm bore pipe. 10 All as per description of Srl item No. 08 here in before but for 200 mm bore pipe. 11 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n.exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for UPVC Sewage UDS (under drainage system) pipes 100mm bore single socket, wall thickness not less than 4mm type SN-4 (IS-15328)complete all as specified and directed 13 M&L for 150mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid in trenches and jointed, with collars, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for 200mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid in trenches and jointed, with collars,complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for concrete bedin cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) to 100 mm bore drain pipes including packing underand haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed. 17 All as per description of Srl item No. 16 here in before but 150/160 mm bore pipe. 18 All as per description of Srl item No. 16 here in before but 200 mm bore pipe. 19 M&L in repair forprecast steel fiber reinforced concrete factory made manhole cover medium duty weight, sqare size 750mmx750mmthickness not less than 50mm, set in CM 1:6 as in cover slabs (for manhole, drains etc) with iron frame all round of plain fair faces, complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for brick work with subclass B; bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for brick work with subclass B; bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius, in half brick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in benching, copings etc. includingnecessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making necessary arrengments for scaffolding where required complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed. 25 Rectifying complaints of blockage of bathroom / kitchen / WHB / urinals / WCs of any pattern by cleaning the Nahani traps / gully traps / floor traps and making it fully functional. The blockage shall be cleared manually / mechanically as required at site.
