Tender For Certain Repair To Geyser, Fans And Other Misc Items At Af Stn Awantipur; 1 Taking down carefully electric geyser of any type and capacity complete opening of the geyser and replacing the defective parts including disconnecting electric and water supply connection and reassembling after cleaning and replacing defective parts and re-installing the same in original position and making necessary electric and water supply connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.Note :-Any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch 2 Supply only, syphon assembly with rubber gasket, including nuts, bolts, washers etc of following capacity geysers:- 3 (a)50 Ltrs capacity geysers. 4 (b)35 Ltrs capacity geysers. 5 (c)25 Ltrs capacity geysers. 6 Supply and fixing in repairs 15mm bore GI tubing , medium grade, with all fitting fixed to wall and flores etc , making holes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge .Make:Tata/Prakash Surya/Jindal. 7 Supply only inner tank, vessel made of MSsheet 22 gauge all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-ChargeISI marked factory madefor suitable pressure following capacity:- 8 (a)50 Ltrs capacity . 9 (b)35 Ltrs capacity. 10 (c)25 Ltrs capacity. 11 Supply and fixing of Heating element capacity 1.5 KW (Round/Triangular) ISI marked suitable for geyser (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make-Microne/Globo. 12 All as per srl item No-05 above but capacity 2 KW. 13 All as per srl item No-05 above but capacity 3 KW. 14 Supply onlyglass wool heat insulation superior quality suitable for geyser of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs. 15 Supply and fix electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessoriessuch as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Supply and fixing of PVC insulated shethed cable 3 core flexible copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm fire proof make:Havells/Gloster/Polycab 17 Supply and fixing of drain plug for geyser. 18 Supply and fixing of safety valve for geyser. 19 Supply and fixing of indicator lamp for geyser of any type as per existing in geyser. 20 Supply and fixing of thermostat switch suitable for 50/35/25 ltrs capacity geysers as per sample. 21 Supply and fixing of push type thermostat switch suitable for 50/35/25 ltrs capacity geysers as per sample. 22 M&L for spray painting to water heather of capacity25 Ltrs to 50 Ltrs capacity by spraying two coats of synthetic enamel paint after filling cavities with filler and cleaning dust etc complete all as specified and directedby Engineer –in-Charge incl writing MES number. 23 Taking down existing unserviceable outer cover and supply and fix new outer cover of geyser capacity 25 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge. 24 All as per Srl item No 16 above but capacity 50 ltrs. 25 Taking down unserviceable bottom cover plates (2 half) and supply and fix with new bottom cover plates with machine columns of geyser of capacity 25/50 Ltrs. 26 Supply and fix in replacement MCB single pole 240 volts any rating from 20 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA, class c ,including providing thimble for out going cables. Make:- Legrand(DX 3 )/ Siemens (Betagard)/Schneider (Acti-9) 27 S&F of PVC connection mesh type for cold/Hot water as per sample . Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 28 S&F 15 Amps three pin socket suitable for metal clad Make-Schenider/Legrand/Hagger 29 S&F 15 Amps three pin Top suitable for metal clad Make-Schenider/Legrand/Hagger 30 S&F stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down with butterfly or crunch handle of size 15mm bore ISI marked. All as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge Make :- Neta, Jindal, Gem, Parko 31 S&F single pole and nuetral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket completewith one single pole MCB up to 20 Amp ,240 Volts complete. 32 Replacement of old unserviceable anchor bolt with anchor bolt 12mm 100mm long complete all as specified and directed (Note- Achor bolt shall be grouted with hammer drill only). 33 Disconnecting electrically dismantling and taking out electric energy meter any type and capacity and depositing to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and directed . 34 Repair to electronic energy meter single phase/three phase up to 60 Amps after disconeeting proper electric coneection from main board and refixing in same or other location incl sealing properlead seals and wires as required complete all as specified and directed . 35 S&F in replacement of wiring for submain with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 1.5 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg casing caping ISI marked of suitable size and its accessories along with 1x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified. 36 S&F in replacement of wiring for submain with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 4 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg casing caping ISI marked of suitable size and its accessories along with 1x 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified. 37 S&F in replacement of wiring for submain with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 6 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg casing caping ISI marked of suitable size and its accessories along with 1x 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified. 38 Supply and fixing in replacement Meter box IP-65 for 3 meters with triangular locks of size 300x450x170 mm transparent LID of Cat part No Mi 0400 T of Hensel or equivelent to HPL /Indoasian includingcutting and chases wall and removing old metal or wooden box and fitted new box and match the disturbed surface with existing specification by required PCC andplastering workall as per directed . 39 S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure DB SPN 2 way, single door, 230 volts AC, surface mounting complete for MCB DP/SPN as incomer & MCB SP as outgoing complete all as specified.(For Bldg Security light) 40 S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure DB SPN 8 way, double door, 230 volts AC, surface mounting complete with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCB DP/SPN as incomer & MCB SP as outgoing complete all as specified.Make: Havells/L&T/Legrand 41 S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure DB TPN 4 way, double door, 415 volts AC, surface mounting complete with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCB TP/TPN as incomer & MCB SP as outgoing complete all as specified. 42 S&F in replacement of MCBs, SP, 6-32 Amps, 230 volts,10 kA rupturing capacity, B curve type complete all as specified.
