Tender For Widening Of Road Behind Urc And Miscellaneous Places At Aftc Under Ge(M) (Af) Jalahalli; 1 Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed 2 Material & Labour for Removing excavated material exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing at a point not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material & Labour for 100mm thick moorum filling in berms, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber to requiredthicknesscomplete all as specified and directed. 4 Proving and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement :3 course sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified. 5 Material andLabour for soling of 150mm thick (spread thickness)with broken boulders or quarried stone ofsize 50 mm to 100mm deposited spread and levelled in a single layer, interstices filled, surface formed, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8-12 ton power roller including filling in soft spots , hollows and depressions etc which occurs during rolling to required level gradient and camber etc including watering as necessary during rollingetc completeall as speceified & directed. 7 Preparingsurfaceof unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing withwire brushes forremoving caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Material & Labour for preparation of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes/ coir brushes and removing caked mud, foreign particles, rbber deposits, silt, etc, sweeping clean with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces using suitable air blowers to remove all such deposits, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material & Labour for Repairs to potholes, any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making road around by filling in screened a graded road metal) watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) using power roller of 8-12 tonne capacity and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 6kg per 10sqm using pavingbitumen grade VG-10 on top surface, all as specified and as directed. 10 Material and Labour for premix bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by using 4% bitumen content using paving bitumen any panetration of grade VG-30 (confirming to IS-73-2006) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller laid with mechanical paver etc completeall as specified and directed. 11 Material and Labour for30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50% binder content(using bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted using8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory tandom power road roller to achive the required compactness to required camber and gradient complete including cutting edge of road straight and site clearance, all as specified and as directed. 12 Laying and compacting 250mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam(WMM) in three layers,grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass , spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances should be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013. 13 Material & Labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1@ 3 Kg per 10sqm usingmechanical sprayerafter cleaning of existing surface complete all as spcified and directed. 14 Supply and fixing cat eyereflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0or equivalent fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. 15 Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed 16 Supply and fix traffic mirror/ convex mirror size 600mm dia used for blind spots at internal lanes, parking and many more to get a superior view of surrounding area,impact resistant and distortion free,its quality glass, perfect finish, extensive area coverage on the mirror and smooth surface, eco friendly, light weight and come with fixtures FRP is used in making brim and back holding plates, single piece poly carbonate used for greater damage resistance,incl cost of standard fixing,cost of labour and materials etc, complete as per company specification ana all as directed. 17 Supply and fixing in metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (size - 150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and directed 18 Material & Labour forproviding 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade /colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads, dispensor, propane,tank heaters and profile shoe, heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials, labours T &P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed.
