    Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Comprehensive Amc Services For Dell S4148f Switches; Dell; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Cmc); Quarterly; No COMPREHENSIVE AMC FOR 4 DELL S4148F SWITCHES FOR 2 YEARS 1. Comprehensive AMC service for 4 Dell S4148F switches currently connected with the Dell HCI servers at NIWE, Chennai and WTTS, Kayathar for the period of 2 years. 2. Bidder shall provide Comprehensive AMC service for the period of 2 years from the date of acceptance of purchase order. 3. Bidder should provide AMC service for 4 Dell S4148F switches at NIWE, Chennai and WTTS kayathar as per Annexure-I. 4. Bidder should have to carry out preventive maintenance for every 3 Months and a report to be submitted. 5. In case of hardware failure, the Bidder shall provide a standby switch until the issue is rectified. All replacement parts must be of original OEM make only. 6. Bidder should replace the spare within 24-48 hours’ maximum of raising compliant. 7. Bidder should execute back to back agreement with the OEM for providing pro support/ Equivalent service. 8. Bidder should have support portal and toll free number to raise compliant. 9. Bidder should have office in Chennai for giving immediate support to site whenever necessary. 10. Bidder should support for any configuration or upgrade activities in hardware/ software till the period of comprehensive AMC. 11. Bidder should provide Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) from respective OEM’s for participating in this bid. 12. The bidder should have an VxRail certified engineer for participating in this bid and a proof of the document to be submitted with bid. 13. Bidders should have past experience in supplying or maintaining VxRail HCI systems for participating in this bid and a proof of the document to be submitted with bid. 14. The bidder should be ISO 9001:2015 certified. A valid QMS certificate (ISO 9001:2015) issued by an accredited certifying body shall be provided by the bidder. Total Quantity :
