Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - 8000 Hourly Maintenance Routines For 03 Main Engines Operation And Maintenance Of Other Machines And Plants 8000 HOURLY ROUTINES OF 03 MAIN ENGINES 1) Draining of oil and coolant from the Engine. 2) Disconnection of Engine from the Gearbox 3) Disconnecting all pipe lines and connections of engines 4) Disconnecting all wiring connections of engines 5) Opening of soft patch on the deck 6) Removal of foundation bolts of the engines 7) Dismantling of complete engines at cbe workshop 8) Cleaning of parts and subassemblies 9) Assessment of the condition of Engine components 10) Remove and replace Cylinder heads and its components. 11) Remove and Replace Pistons and Piston rings 12) Check conrod and inspect 13) Replace Conrod bearing and bolts 14) Remove, inspect Cylinder liners and replace 15) Remove Crankshaft from the block and replace main bearings 16) Remove Camshaft from the block and replace camshaft bearings 17) Remove and replace waste gates. 18) Replace fuel pressure pipe neck 19) Remove common rail and clean 20) Check starter gear ring for damages 21) Remove and replace coolant pump 22) Remove and replace raw water pump 23) Replace V-belts 24) Renew damaged rubber hoses. 25) Remove and check Lube oil pump 26) Remove Vibration damper and check for external damage 27) Remove engine mounts and replace 28) Remove and replace thermostat 29) Replace oil separator of crankcase breather 30) Renew coolant expansion tank caps 31) Carryout tappet setting 32) Replace oil filter 33) Replace fuel filters 34) Replace air filter 35) Re-assembling of the engines 36) Foundation bolts to tighten 37) Recoupling gearbox to the engines 381 Be.coppection of engine nines and connections Total Quantity :
