    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Icg Ship; Interceptor Craft Underwater Routine Asper Sow; Service Provider ANNUAL UNDERWATER ROUTINE/REPAIR OF IC-115&1C-116 AT ICGS BEYPORE H-02-Following yearly routine to be carried out on underwater hull/ Ship side. (i) Clean and inspect underwater hull closely for scratches, Blisters and Cracks when vessel on Dock. Repairs to be done on damaged areas by Chamfering to form A Sharp V and filling the resultant depression with FRP Compound (Materials Yard Supply) (Approx Area. 15 sqmtr.) (ii) After all repairs the repaired areas to be filed and surface to be smoothened by applying gel coat. (Materials Yard Supply). (iii) Painting to be done as per the approved Paint Scheme (Paint CG Supply). (Number of coats 04, and approx area 20 sqmtr) H-03- FRP coating at transom plate found cracked at various places to be repaired/renewed. Approx Area 1sqmtr.) H-04-01 no extinguisher stands broken to be repaired. H-05- Hardened Rubber Collar fender found damaged approx 2.5 meters. To be renewed. (Materials CG Supply). H-06- Super structure and deck fittings rusted parts to be scrubbed and painted. (Approx area: 01m²) H-OZ- Paint peeled off at various places at super structure, ships side and main deck. Whole super structure, ships side and pilot cabin and deck surface preparation and painting to be carried out as per CG approved paint scheme, Paint CG supply. (Approx Area: 20 m²) H-08- Canopy foundation plate FRP cracked and fasteners thread worn out. FRP work to be carried out and fasteners (Qty: 04 Nos, Size: M12) to be renewed. Material Yard supply. H-09: Collar fender securing strap to be renewed as per (size 2inchx 3MM, Length Approx 50mtr) Total Quantity :
