    Term Contract For Artificer Works For Area D At Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam; Execution of works ordered by various Work Orders through requisition placed [IAFW-1833] with intimation of amount as per terms and conditions of IAFW-2249 forming part of contract including errata and amendments as applicable thereto, all as per terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents, at the rate contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II- 2020[Rates] and preambels of Standard Schedule of Rates Part-I-2009[Specifications] including errata and amendments as applicable thereto complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.Note:(i)Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below SSR Part-II-2020 [Rates] ,if 0 percentage quoted the same shall be treated at par with SSR Part-II- 2020 [Rates] (ii)Total work orders amount including quoted percentage here in above will not be increased from the Estimated cost of work shown in Notice of Tender irrespective of amount generated in Quoted amount row in BOQ template.
