with roller finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9.00 M&L for preparation of old painted wooden and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (premium quality) finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. 10.00 M&L for preparation of old painted wooden and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (premium quality) finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11.00 M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (premium quality) complete all as specified and directed by GE. 12.00 M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (premium quality) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13.00 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14.00 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (premium quality) over a coat of alkali resistant primer paint over a coat of wall care putty 2mm thick with roller finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15.00 M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers (12mm +8mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved LWPC on second layer (8mm) as per manufacturer instruction after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16.00 Supply only Liquid water proofing compound. 17.00 M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium quality acrylic emulsion paint (Apex ultima) having VOC less than 50gm/ Ltr and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2005, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with slilicon additive @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over and including a coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.902 ltr/ 10 Sqm with roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. 18.00 M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces including mechanically brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two or more coat of 100% acrylic distemper (premium quality) paint having VOC less than 50gm/ Ltr and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2005, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with slilicon additive @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over and including a coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.902 ltr/ 10 Sqm including necessary scraffolding, green cloth all around the work site for any position/height with all safety precaution complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-(a) Necessary scraffolding and ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arragement. No extra cost shall be paid.(b) No payment for additional height shall be paid to the contractor.(c) Without safety precaution this work not been commenced as decided by Engineer-in-Charge.(d) Green cloth around the work site shall be provided during painting work. No extra cost shall be paid.) 19.00 S&F of false ceiling of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with FINE EDGE TILES ARMSTRONG SILHOUTTE EXPOSED GRID SYSTEM after dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber,pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete.The tiles should have humidity Resistence (RH of 99%, NRC 0.55 Light Reflectance 85% thermal conductivity K=.052-0.057 w,m k. colour white, fire performance class O class 1 (BS476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600x600x12mm with Bio black coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green building application, with the recycled content of 63%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Silhouette porfile grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour and with a web height of 45mm and a load carrying capcity of minimum 15.68Kg per squaremetre. Sihouette, main rummers & cross Tees to have mitred ends and birdsmouth notches to provide mitred crucitform juctions. The Tee Sections have a galvanizing of 120 grams per squaremetre & passed through 500 hrs of salt test. the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of necessary scaffolding work required to carry out the job complete all as specified and directed.
