Tender For Work Of Removing Elevated Tanks, Sumps And Storerooms Operated By The Municipality. (1) The Agency Shall Bring The Existing Tanks, Sumps And Storerooms Along With The Foundation Up To The Upper Level And The Necessary Equipment, Machinery And Labour Shall Be Brought By The Agency At Its Own Cost And At Its Own Risk To Remove The Tanks, Sumps And Storerooms. (2) The Iron Coming Out Of The Elevated Tanks, Sumps And Storerooms Shall Be Taken Away By The Agency And The Pipes Shall Be Deposited At The Municipality. Also, The Agency Shall Throw Out The Concrete/Waste At Its Own Cost And Clean The Site. (3) The Agency Shall Compulsorily Take Insurance Of All The Labourers Retained For The Site Work.
