Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Insulation Of Existing Steam Pipe Line Of Diffrent Diameter And Length Size As Per Scope Of Work Qty Length 1351 Meter Maintenance and Pigging Service for Oil and Gas Pipelines 1) The work includes supply of insulation material, aluminium cladding and insulation of steam pipe line by cleaning surface with wire brush, then fixing insulating material (mineral wool) with chicken wire mesh and water proofing with aluminium sheet by proper overlapping, cutting, grooving and fixing. 2) The insulation work involves in total of 1351 mtrs. long steam pipe line of different diameter sizes as per table below are to be carried out as one whole job. 3) The total length of steam pipe line into available pipe bends and flange joints. 4) Firm to provide insulating materials like (a) mineral / glass wool - with density 120kg/cubic meter & confirming to IS 3677, (b) lashing with 205 WG G.I. wire confirming to 15 3677, (c) Aluminium sheet 22 SWG & (d) 13/8 BSW parker sheet metal screw to be provided by firm. 5) All the tools and tackles need to be arrange by the firm on returnable basis. 6) Payment will be make after successful completion work. 7) The length of steam pipe line to be insulated is as per given table below: - Total Quantity :
