Tender For Providing Dg Plinth And Setting Up Bts Room At Thaikkadappuram Te.; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2 All kinds of soil. 3 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 4 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 6 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level- Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 8 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 9 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 10 Supplying and fixing pre painted economic steel doors with steel frames 100x50 mm of 1.00 mm GI sheets and shutters with 0.60 mm GI sheets of 30 mm overallthickness including lock, door fittings etc cpmplete as per manufacturer specification. 11 Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of hollow MS tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/ floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 13 6 mm thick Cement fiber board, Type-B, Category-III as per IS: 14862 : 2000 14 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 15 Two coats.
