    Tender For Works At Substations Work At Substation - Work Supply & Work for Repairing of Damaged 220 KV HGIS PASS Module of 220KV Muradnagar-Pratapvihar line Bay at 220KV Hybrid S/S Pratapvihar Under ETD-II Ghaziabad Sl. No. Item Description 1 SUPPLY PART 2 Supply of DSE3 live parts with both barrier insulators for Y & B phase including all other necessary equipments. Enclosure will be provided by department. 3 Acetone/alcohol 4 Ethanol 5 Cotton waste 6 Polythene plastic wrapping sheet 7 Lint free paper 8 Fine emery paper 9 Scotch brite 10 Contact Greese 11 WORK PART 12 This job includes complete dismantaling of 220KV Bushing, CT, DSE3 and all other associated equipment for all the 3 Phases of 220KV Muradnagar-Pratapvihar line after gas recovery. After that successful erection of live parts with barrier insulators of DSE3 for Y & B phase in DSE3 enclosure. Cleaning of DSE3 section of R phase for any spot or dust(SO2) has to be done. Reinstallation of DSE3 Compartment, CT and bushing for all the three phases.After complete erection evacuation and gas filling work has to be done for all the three phases. Pre and final stage commissioning testing as Dew point, CT test, CB timing, CRM,IR test,HV test , LCC functional test and all other required testing has to be done to complete the work satisfactorily. Rate includes lodging, boarding and food expenses of service engineer/manpower.Note: 1. All local conveyance facilities for supervision, dismantaling, erection, testing & commissioning of equipmnets and all testing equipments has to be arranged by contractor including transpotation.2. All the required Testing kit, Gas recovery & evacuation machine has to be arranged by the contractor.
