Tender For Replacement Of Defective Cooling Tower In Lhc Building, Iit Delhi; 1 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Induced Draft counter flow cooling Towers (CTI approved). The Cooling Tower shall be of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Construction. The casing, basin/sump, fan deck and fan cylinder shall be of FRP, with direct driven fans, Galvanized hardware complete with sump and drain connection with suitable valve, PVC Honey comb fill, louvres, drift eliminator complete with spray nozzle having self-rotating sprinklers, steel ladder,Isolating switch and other accessories to make it fully operational and maintenance National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) & positioning of cooling tower on ground on MS structure with Propeller Type Fan, weather proof IP 55 and Direct driven. The fan motor shall be premium efficiency IE3 class, as per IS 12615. The Cooling tower shall be capable to communicate effectively with Building Management System (BMS). Range of CT: 6 deg C. Designed Duty Conditions :- EWT,LWT, D/WBT Complete as per CPWD specification / drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note - Cooling tower size depends on the ambient temperature conditions, contractor must check the required design temperature). 2 1500 GPM 3 Fabricating, Providing and fixing M.S. iron frame fabricated with M.S. C-channel and leg of following sizes for resting the Cooling Tower on the ground duly supported from the bottom as required including painting and grouting the framework with cylindrical shape leg made of hard Iron with welding works etc. complete as required. (Acceptable make of angle: SAIL / Jindal / TATA / Prakash / Nezone) 4 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (thick) size for cooling tower 1500 GPM base frame 5 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (thick) size MS Leg for 1500 GPM Cooling Tower 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of cooling Tower and tank etc as required. 7 Providing and fixing of following type ofwater storage tank of reputed make at ground level made of Resin-lsopthalic unsaturated polyester resin conforming to BS3532 duly processed through SMC hot pressed compression moulding with tank structural support made of hot dipped galvanized steel, including painting of base structure etc. as required as per following capacity. (Same as existing) 8 Rectangle Type GRP Tank 9 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves,for condenser water circulation as per specifications. (Acceptable make - zoloto/ AM/ Leader/ Sant) 10 Float Valve 50 mm bronze type 11 Gate Valve 50 mm bronze type 12 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Acceptable make: Astral / AKG / Finolex / Prakash / Supreme / Prince) 13 CPVC Pipe 50 mm (For connection from Makeup Tank to Cooling Towers) 14 Providing and Painting with black anticorrosive painting of approved brand and manufacture on MS Pipes and MS supports of 3 x 300 TR Chiller Plants cooling towers, connecting pipes after cleaning of surface, removal of all rust and dirt to make the surface completely waterproof, etc.complete as required. 15 Dismantling of existing cooling tower & GRP Storage Tank with complete foundation, condenser water piping, valves, condenser water pumps, electrical panels, cables etc 16 (-) Less buy back of dismantle Storage Water Storage Tank, pipe with accessories etc. (Reserve Price is Rs.10,000.00; Bidder cant quote below Rs.10,000.00)
