Supply, delivery & installation of pumping machineries with electro-mechanical works related to pipe water supply for Tarulia R.R. Housing Society from at WTP (Phase-I) New Town under NTKMD, PHE Dte.-- 1 Supply & delivery at site of following:Bore hole vertical turbine type clear water pump with all accessories as per detailshaving following duty condition :PumpHead - 30 mtr. Discharge-45 m3/hrLenth ofcolumn pipe-5000 mmMotor7.5 KW, 1500 rpm (syn), 3 phase 415 volt , 50 Hz, TEFC-SCR, S1 Duty, IP-55, IE3 2 Supply, deliveryat site & storage of the following valves as per details of approved make specification having the following nomenclature :Actuator operated Butterfly valve of PN : 1.0 ratingNominal dia : 150 mm 3 CIDF swing check non return valve of PN : 1.0 rating as perIS : 5312.Nominal dia :150 mm 4 DI Single float high performancetriple function tamper proof air release vale as per AWWA C-512.Flange drilled as per IS: 1538.P.N Rating-1.6Nominal dia - 50 mm 5 Dismantling joint PN 1.0 (Material : MS) with standard flange of following size :150 mm 6 Supply, delivery at site of MS pipes, Slip on flanges, specials (as per Tech. Spec.) as required to complete the work as per requirement and upto the entire satisfaction of EIC. 7 Supply, deliveryat site & storage of following XLPE insulated armoured 1.1KV grade cables as per details as per IS : 1554 / 7098 (1988) 3C, 16 sq mm Al. conductor (for MCC panel to VT Pump Motor) 8 4C 6 sq mm Al. Ar. cable (for MCC panel to valve actuator) 9 Multicore (10 core) PVC insulated 2.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor armoured control cable (for valve actuator to MCC panel) 10 Supply, delivery at site and storage of (Glycerin filled) Diaphragm seal type gauges with Siphon tubes, impulse pipes, isolation & drain ball valves.Pressure gauge (0-10 kg / cm2) 11 Cutting holes on the cover slab of CWR engagging skilled manpower and electric tools including cost of dewatering the CWR, cleaning the CWR after completion of work and construction of concrete pump foundation as per requirement and upto the entire satisfaction of EIC. 12 Installtion of all items (Sl. no. 1.00 to 6.00) as mentined above including supply of all erection materials, pipe supports, valve supports etc. as required for installtion of Pumping Machinery including making cable jointing, all power connection, cable supports & clamps etc, including laying of L.T. cable on GI rack / tray,and Commissioning of the entire installation with electrical quipments including the cost of relevant testing of pump, motor, valvesas per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.(Cost includes hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, Lubricants etc. for completion of work.) 13 Painting of the installed items as well as the existing railing and supports by two coats of enamel paints over a coat of primer as per direction of EIC.
