    Tender For The Subject Work For Price Discovery - Treated water High Pressure Pump of (7.5 HP) by lifting, dismantling pipeline, checking adjustment, repair of shaft, replacement of mechanical seal, rewinding of motor rewinding with class F installation by using polyster super enameled copper with necessary sleeves, cost of varnish etc., replacement of bearing, bush and reinstalling all the components to re-fix the same. Replacement of switchgears like as Thermal overload relay, contactor, add on block, timer, single phase preventor etc for P.L.C. Panel of U.V. system. U.V. System of following items to be replaced:- Replacement of ballast Holder Lamp Ultraviolet Lamp Decanter-II, Motor (5HP)- Opening, rewinding of motor with class F installation by using polyster super enameled copper with necessary sleeves, cost of varnish etc, replacement of bearing & bush etc. Garden Treated water pump (7.5 HP) checking adjustment, replacement of shaft, replacement of bearing, bush and impeller also. Mixer-1 Motor (3 HP) rewinding of motor, replacement of bearing, shaft. Overolling main MCCB Panel-replacement of following items- TPN 63 Amp. MCB, Relay, contactor, thermal overload relay, timer, all switchgears of different capacity. (Replacement of the defective MCB TPN 63Amp. and different capacities relays contractors timers overload relays fuses bus bar or any other components required to make it functional upto satisfaction of EIC) Filter Feed Pump (5 HP) - re-installing dismantling of pipeline replacement of bearings, impeller, shaft, bush along with rewinding of motor with class F installation by using polyster super enameled copper with necessary sleeves, cost of varnish etc.
