Honey Processing Plant (200kg/8hr)Each drop of Honey is precisely processed in this unit. The Unit Consist of:DOUBLE JACKETED PRE-HEATING TANK(SS304 GRADE) - 200kg capacity vessel forPreheating raw honey. Consists of Electric Heating Coils, Thermal insulation, RTD Sensor and 0.5 HP agitator.PRE-FILTERING UNIT(SS304 GRADE) -For removing foreign particles in raw honey. INTERMEDIATE TANK WITH DOSING PUMP (SS304 GRADE) - 200kg capacity tank &dosing pump for allotting limited honey to the processing chamber.INTEGRATED PROCESSING CHAMBER -For Separating the moisture content from honey, Evacuating the separated moisture content using a Fully air-tight & Precise vacuum pressure line (using 2HP Vacuum Pump) and Cooling the processed Honey after moisture evacuation. The extracted water will store in a dedicated mini chamber. By this, you can clearly see how much water is extracted by this process.COOLING WATER LINE - Pipeline with 15TR Cooling tower & Cooling Pump.HOT WATER LINE WITH WATER HEATER - For circulating hot water.SS304 GRADE HONEY PIPE LINE - Food grade Pipeline with all required fittings. CONTROL PANEL -For controlling all the items with required safety features.SS BASE FRAME -All the items in honey processing unit are perfectly fitted as a single unit with an aesthetic look.Power Supply & Water supply: 3Ph-440V-50Hz-AC Power Supply and required water supply up to Equipment Position have to be provided by the client.
