Tender For Annual Plan-663/25-26, Ammaveed Road, Byroad Renovation- 663/25-26, Ammaveed Road, Byroad Renovation In Nemom Ward-General Civil Work - Road work 2 2.2.1.A:Clearing and Grubbing Road LandClearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.(I) By Manual Means(A) In area of non-thorny jungle 3 3.2:Preparation of Foundation for EmbankmentScarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical MeansScarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. 4 4.11.1:Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.(i) Using naturally occuring gravel 5 OD120973/2025-2026:Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as requiredincluding compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. Max. size of courseaggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixed in concrete mixer etc complete as perspecification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 6 75.8.1.1.A:Providing Plain cement concrete for wearing coat CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate:4 course aggregate) laid to required slope as required including compaction, finishingand tamping etc .complete. Max. size of course aggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixedin concrete mixer etc complete as per specification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 7 OD120976/2025-2026:Interlocking and Tiling - Interlock concrete block pavement providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm including providing a layer of 6mm aggregate for 5 cm thickness as per as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504 8 OD121131/2025-2026:(Mod 16.83) Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge ,including removal of rubbish etc.,disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground,for which payment shall be made seperately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metreblead as per direction of Engineer-in charge 9 OD120983/2025-2026:Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver block of any design /shape laid in required line ,level,curvature ,colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick layer of 6mm aggregate filling the joints with fine sand etc .all complete as per the direction of engineer -in -charge (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost) Based on DSR.16.84)
