Tender For Repairs/Maintenance Of Filtration Plant, Pumps And Allied Works At Misa Camp Under Ge (S) Tezpur.; 1 Cleaning of overhead RCC tank at Pump House No. 05 of capacity 0.75 Lakh Gallon using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.(a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning(d) Vacuum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation 2 Cleaning of UG Sump at Pump House No. 07 and P-70 of capacity 0.28 Lakh Gallon using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.(a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning(d) Vaccum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation 3 Cleaning of PVC Sump at Pump House No. 07 of capacity 0.11 Lakh Gallon using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.(a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning(d) Vaccum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation 4 Cleaning of PVC overhead tank at ILP Location of capacity 0.11 Lakh Gallon using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.(a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning(d) Vacuum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation 5 Opening completely pressure filter & oxidation chamber of capacity upto 15000 GPH and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravells) stainers and nozzles, removing and depositing filter media to a distance not exceeding 50 m including necessary repair/welding to make the pressure filter vessels complete leak proof for improving the strength and finally reassembling the pressure filter including filling of new strainer, gravles & sand in existing position duly cleaned replacing worn out gasket and nut bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed. PLASTIC BAGS)complete all as specified and directed. 24 Supply & fixing elecrtonic dosing pump of chemical dosing system with dosing pump/ injector with minimum pressure 6 Kg/Cm and minimum flow 20 ltr per hour complete all as specified and directed. 25 Lifting & Lowing of submersible pump of any type and capacity alongwith column pipe and 3 core flat cable complete after disconnecting of all elect and water line connectionfor the any make of pump & motor complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Developing of tube well by means of air compressor, for number of hours, until sand free
