    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Fabrication Of Modular Cubicles With Partition And Allied Services FABRICATION OF MODULAR CUBICLES WITH PARTITION AND ALLIED SERVICES AT LWT (EAST) (a) Fabrication of Enclosure by using 10 mm poly galvanism profile sheet fixed with 50 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm thick MS pipe with Aluminum profile EDPM rubber gasket silicon cilant, self-driving screws and 2 mm thin channel Size 13 ft (W) x 38 ft (L) x 12ft (H). (Fireproof BSI standard material to be used). (b) Textured/Designer embossing with dual layer primer of approved design on two sides and top. (Waterproof enamel coasting to be used). (c) Pleated acoustic Wall paneling with MDF slants made of melamine laminated finish, with perforated groove/ slants L16-3-L23-3/L32-3 customized slants@ 16 mm centers, back lined with acoustical fleece, tongue groove edge for seamless look of size 19 mm. (Termite proof, fireproof, waterproof, BSI standard to be maintained) (d) Customized executive working table 48x24x24 with side runner 36x24x18 made up of 19mm plywood and Imm double layered glossy laminate.
