Supply and Laying of 100 mm. dia PVC pipe line and interconnect with existing 100 mm. D.I. main pipeline at Beraberi Ghoshpara from h/o. Mrityunjoy Ghosh to h/o. Ashoke Sardar and from h/o. Tapan Ghosh to h/o. Tarak Das within Ward No-2 under Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation. (Fund : Councillor Fund 2025-26)- 1 Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick 2 Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sortsof soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.) 100 mm. dia 3 Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239(Part - I).(K) End Plug(Dia) 100 mm 4 Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding later tile or sandstone) including removing. Spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out as required complete. (a)Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500mm. 5 Renewing specials only of cast iron spun pipe conforming to I.S. 1536/1976 including cutting trenches in any soil or through masonry, concrete etc., if necessary and mending good damages including jointing with Tyton joints as per manufacturers specifications excluding the cost of concrete or masonry work, if required, but including the cost of filling up trenches (for all dia. specials, payment will be made on the basis of actual weight of the specials). 6 Supply and laying at site ISI mark socket and spigot jointing system centrifugally cast DI K7 pipes conforming to IS: 8329-2000 (Third Revision in standard length for push on joint (rubber gasket) with internal cementmortar lining and external protection by metallic zinc coatingwith finish layer of epoxy/bituminous coating of outside as per IS: 8329-2000 specification with necessary jointing including transportation. (i) 100 mm. dia 7 Supply of Single/Double bit SBR gasket suitable for jointing CI/DI pressure pipes, conforming to IS : 5382 : 1985 [Popularly known as ‘Tyton Gasket’]100 mm. 8 Supplying, fitting and fixing of C.I. Mechanical Compression flexible Collar Couplings suitable for C.I. Spun Pipes (as per IS: 1536) and D. I. Pipes (as per IS: 8329) complete with Sealing Rubber Gasket of EPDM quality (IS:5382/1985 Type - 4), Cast Iron Follower Glands and Mild Steel Nut Bolts (Zinc Coated). The whole assembly should be mechanically and hydraulically tested to the provisions as laid down in IS: 1538. Fitting and fixing should be in proper position with proper care of main pipe line for leak proof condition. Diameter in mm100 mm. 9 Ductile iron double flanged manually operated sluice valve generally conforming to IS : 14846, having body, door, dome, gland in graded ductile iron to IS 1865, four faces and spindle nut of gun metal to IS : 318, inside screw non- rising stainless steel AISI-410 spindle valves suitable for maximum working pressure of 10/16 kg/cm² and body tested 15/24 kg/cm². Flanges drilled to IS: 1538 table 4 & 6. Valves tested by closed end method only. 350mm and above valves are complete with enclosed gearbox with anti friction device. Diameter in mm 100 mm. dia 10 Sluice valve chamber with C.I. heavy cover with locking arrangement, (weight not less than 25 kg) (size of chamber 450 mm X 600 mm inside upto 900 mm depth) 250 mm thick cement brick walls (6:1), 150 mm thick cement concrete (6:3:1) bed with stone chips, 20 mm thick cement plaster (6:1) for inside wall and 15 mm thick cement plaster (4:1) for outer walls including rounding corners. 11 Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)(a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation 12 Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. 13 A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) 14 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.
