Tender For Insulation Works Of Main Plant Piping, Ducting And Equipments At Rrs Unit-5 And 6.; 1 Removal of Insulation material (Hot/Cold/Close Cell Nitrile Rubber/Any type) with or without G.I/ Aluminum cladding/ Cemented cladding.ORRemoval of only G.I/ Aluminum Cladding/Cemented Cladding from Pipelines/ Equipment. 2 Installation of Thermal insulation (earlier removed/New) with earlier removed G.I/ Aluminum cladding. OR Installation of earlier removed G.I/ Aluminum Cladding from same location. OR Installation of Closed Cell Nitrile rubber sheet insulation (earlier removed/New) without GI/Aluminum Cladding. 3 Fabrication and installation of New Aluminum Cladding. 4 Installation of Insulation pads on Hot pipelines/ equiments without G.I/ Aluminum cladding. 5 Installation of Cold insulating material (PUF/ Thermocol) with earlier removed Aluminum/ GI Cladding. 6 Supply of Reusable thermal insulation pads of size: length 7.0 to 8.0. Meter, width 60-70 cm, thickness 25.0- 30.0 mm as per attached specifications in scope of work. 7 Supply of Sealing tape Aluminium foil laminated to glass cloth with one side adhesive; size: Length 20-21 meter, width 50-52 mm as per attached specifications in scope of work. 8 Supply of Sealing tape Aluminium foil laminated to glass cloth with one side adhesive; size: Length 20-21 meter, width 100-104 mm as per attached specifications in scope of work. 9 Supply of CPRX compound (Rubber based bituminous adhesive) in 20 Kg/ Liter drum for use in Cold insulation work. 10 Supply of Synthetic Rubber adhesive Fevicol SR-998 packed in 1.0 liter/ Kg pack. 11 Supply of Slabs of Size:1.0 m X 0.5 m X 50.0 mm thickness , Material: Rigid Preformed Cellular Urethane (PUR1) Foam (PUF) Thermal insulation material as per IS:12436 of density 30 to 38 Kg/m³. 12 Supply of Slabs of Size:1.0 m X 0.5 m X 25.0 mm thickness, Material: Rigid Preformed Cellular Urethane (PUR1) Foam (PUF) Thermal insulation material as per IS:12436 of density 30 to 38 Kg/m³. 13 Supply of Thermal Insulation Closed Cell Nitrile Rubber Insulation (density 40-60 Kg/cm³) with Class O type having thickness: 25 mm thickness as per given specifications mentioned in scope of work. 14 Supply of Thermal Insulation Closed Cell Nitrile Rubber Insulation (density 40-60 Kg/cm³) with Class O type having thickness: 13 mm thickness as per given specifications mentioned in scope of work.
