Repairing and extra-strengthening of all Skylights as per site requirement as per directions of EIC, the MS flat of 40x6 mm wind ties shall be used for the strengthening including all other required materials.( 22 Nos sky light openings) (Up to all heights & work at sloping roofs) .Including priming coat on steel work.

Supply & Installation Single Skin Aluminum Standing Seam Roof Top layer- Aluminum 65/400 profile sheeting manufactured from aluminum self-supported standing seam roof system from aluminum alloy AA 3004 H46 (AlMn 1Mg1) as specified in BS EN 1396:2007 minimum material thickness of 0.9 mm and PVDF2/ stucco finish on the exposed surface. Accessories, Fasteners. The material properties shall be as follows: Ultimate tensile strength: minimum 200N/mm2,0.2% Proof Stress: in 185 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity: 70,000 N/mm2. Sheets are to be laid to meet the requirements of the building geometry and fixed on Aluminum clips. Clip to be fixed to the top hat/purlins with SS 304 screws only. The roofing system shall be certified with a British Board of Arrangement. All installation is to be carried out by approved trained roofing installer. The installation team shall be fully trained and approved by the manufacturer. (For all heights)

Flashings & Ridges manufactured from aluminum alloy AA 3004 (AIMn1Mg1) as specified in BS EN 1396: 2007 minimum material thickness of 0.9 mm and Fluorocarbon PVDF finish on the exposed surface. The material shall be of the same color. Girth shall be up to 560mm. (For all heights)

Providing and Fixing of 16mm thick Polycarbonate sheet roofing for Skylight: Design, Manufacture and Installation of skylight system, a complete assembly of extruded cellular structure UV protected polycarbonate panels incorporated into a complete system. Co-extruded UV protected polycarbonate panel system of minimum 16 mm thickness to ensure best performance for wind uplift and visual appearance. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical offset standing seam at both sides of the panel. Panels shall be of anti-reflective / soft lite/antiglare type to prevent glare. The width of the panels shall be minimum 600mm and panels with maximum width shall be preferred to minimize junctions and to ensure a leak proof system. Panels shall have minimum six to seven layers for better strength with truss bracing cell structure. Panels shall be fixed on Purlins with aluminum brackets / spacers and connected with polycarbonate U connectors to interlock the panels with snap on / click-on/ grip lock mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capacity. Panels will be sealed with mill finished aluminum U profiles at the ends. Polycarbonate panels also shall have Yellowness Index as per ASTM D 1925 when tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. The polycarbonate panels must satisfy Dart drop impact test as per IS 14443-97 shall show no sign of breakage on Polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min. of 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. The panels shall be fixed over structural steel / MS purlins and be secured with Snap- On connectors at all levels complete to make a water tight skylight system conforming to specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass partitionsof approved brand (Saint Gobin, Asahi, Pilkington, Viracon) and manufacture, including providing and fixing sides and making necessary holes etc. for fixing the toughened glass partitions on existing frame, including all the fittings required for fixing, as per direction of Engineer in charge.
