Expression Of Interest (Eoi) For Engineering & Design Services – Research & Development (R&D) / Pilot Plant Dedicated To The Development Of Vaccines (Both Bacterial And Viral) And Biopharmaceuticals At Hbl, Integrated Vaccine Complex (Ivc) At Chengalpattu providing engineering and design services for establishing a Research & Development (R&D) Centre / Pilot Plant dedicated to the development of vaccines (both bacterial and viral) and biopharmaceuticals. The proposed facility will span approximately 9,000 sq. ft., with a focus on cutting-edge research, innovation, and process development in the life sciences sector. Scope of Services The selected consultant/organization will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of engineering and design services, including but not limited to the following: 1. Conceptual Design Development of a design brief and architectural concept plans for the proposed R&D / Pilot Plant, accommodating both viral and bacterial product lines. Space planning to optimize layout and functionality for vaccine and biopharmaceutical research operations.
