    Repair Of Cooling Tower No 1 Installed At The Terrace Of Gmch, Jammu-Repair of cooling tower No 01installed at terraceof GMCH, Jammu by way of closing the water supply to the tower and swiching off the power supply to the tower and then removing theresidual mud,algae, mold formation etc manually from the bed of collection tank and then cleaning with the help of water pressure pump. The job includes repairing/sealing of leaking joints of the water collection tanks with the help of M-seal/araldite. The job includes replacement of the worn out polypropylene ABS nozzlessets, distribution valves 01 no. drive shaft 01 No. , water distribution piping 01 set, cooling tower fan -01 No. The job also includes sending the burnt/damaged 7.5 HP motor to workshop for repairs by rewinding its copper winding as per specification and replacing the bearing as per sample.The job also includes repairing of the cooling tower structure and cold water basin. The job also includes fitting of heavy gauge chicken wire mesh all around the collection tank so that birds etc do not enter there . The job also includes providing and replacement of the damaged/worn out LT Power cable of 35 mm dia 3.5 core30 meter in length coming from main air conditioning chiller plant up to the cooling tower (terrace). The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and all the taxes as applicable. Complete job
