Tender For Road Strengthening Work From Main Pal Road To Urja Vihar Via Gulista Colony. - Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3 2 Carriage of Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge etc. lead upto 5 KM 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MoRTH Specification Clause 404. using Crusher borken aggregate By Mechanical Means 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502 5 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsiondistributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503. 6 Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates ofgrading as per Table 500-7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolledto achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 504. Bitumen (VG-30) 7 Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick (compacted) on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course aggregates as per Table 500-24, heating bituminous binder @ 14.6 Kg/10 Sqm.(VG-30 grade) and aggregates in Hot Mix Plant, transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of tack and seal coat with lead for mix of material with all lead .[MORTH Specification : Clause 510,112] In approved Hot Mix Plant as per clause 6.5 of Manual, including loading of aggregates with F.E loader with VG-30 bitumen.Case - IIBy Mechanical Means Bitumen (VG-30) 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 511 By Mechanical Means Case - II:Type B Bitumen (VG-30) 9 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and MoRTH specifications Clause 1702, 1703, 2102 & 2104 P.C.C grade M 10 Nominal mix 1:3:6 10 Construction ofun-reinforced , plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade), thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43/53 grade cementas per Clause 602, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a in fullyautomatic Batching Plant andtransported to site intransit mixer for having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix designincluding pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge laid with a Fixed Form Paver (laying and fixing of 150 micron thick polythene Film and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawingand MoRTH Specification Clause 602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments (Dowel Bars will be paid seprately). 11 Supply & fixing of M-20 grade precast cement concrete Kerb or Dand upto 60 cm length over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including jointing earth work, pointing & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 of size 20 x 20 cm
