Complete Consultancy Services as listed below all as specified in the tender documents, as per IS code practice & standard norms and as directed:(a) Preparation and submission of Architectural Drawing for Construction of Married Accommodation Building (G+11) along with Pump Houses & Sumps with permanent specification, RCC framed structure with RCC M-30 Grade concrete and RCC foundation complete all as specified and as directed including submission of 3D walkthrough model program in the video format of Sample Quarter of the building, Stair Case and One Side of Verandah in CD with any approved platform.(b) Preparation and submission of Structural Design & Drawings for Construction of Married Accommodation Building (G+11) with permanent specification, RCC framed structure with RCC M-30 Grade concrete and RCC foundation complete all as specified and as directed(c) Submission of Detailed Estimate with BOQ, Abstract and Yardstick in all respects.Total Plinth Area in Sq.m.:(i) Married Accommodation (G+11)=9,021.32 Sq.m.(ii) Stilt Parking=1,026.72 Sq.m.(iii) Pump House=80.00 Sq.m.(iv) Sewage Pump House=20.00 Sq.m.(v) UG Sump 2,50,000 Litrs.
