Tender For Seewar Line Cleaning Work In Nagar Parishad Area Karauli - Desilting the sewer lines through jetting and suction machines including cleaning, barricading, and reconstruction of manholes for section isolation by plugging and flow stoppage, setting up the over-pumping arrangements, traffic management jetting and dislodging of accumulated silt from the pipelines, removal of silt through suction hose, disposal of removed silt upto a distance of 20 Km, necessary temporary repairs of sewers to stop locational collapses, ingress of ground water in the desilted section of the pipelines all complete as per the specifications and direction of Engineer. Evaluation pipeline condition through inline Closed Circuit Television survey to assess the internal condition and material of the buried pipelines including accurate measurement of the length & diameter / cross section, invert levels and other physical attributes of buried pipelines, identification of all defects, joints and connections, measurement and recording of their location / position, sizes, & conditions of such pipelines including provision of survey report and records of the conditions, both through video recording in PAL format on a new VHS cassette as well as a report on the structural condition of the pipelines as per the specifications and direction of Engineer. 2 200 mm dia sewer 3 300 mm dia sewer 4 450 mm dia sewer 5 Cleaning of RCC / SW / DWC / HDPE pipes and intermediate manholes which includes removal of vegetation, garbage, muck, brick and stone pieces or any type of trash etc. and Flow Test of already laid but not commissioned (including cost and conveyance of water to site, Manpower and machineries deployed) complete by mechanical means in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 6 200 mm dia 7 300 mm dia 8 400 mm dia 9 500 mm dia 10 Raising precast circular manhole cover and frame by taking out existing precast frame and cover, providing and fixing precast SFRC circular spacer of required height, re-fixing existing manhole cover frame and cover with cement sand mortar (1:3), including making good the damage, complete as directed by Engineer. 11 Supplying & fixing 560mm dia opening SFRC manhole frame & cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes including grouting the frame in PCC M-15 complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer.EHD-35 12 Supplying & fixing 560mm opening dia SFRC manhole cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes frame complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer EHD-35 13 Raising circular brick/RR stone masonry manhole with circular opening 560mm dia and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab, taking out the existing CI frame & cover of manhole and raising it upto ground/ road level, refixing of frame and cover in M15 (1:2:4) concrete all around the frame, including making good the damage, form work, curing, complete as directed by Engineer. (Brick work / RR stone work of raising depth of manhole to be paid separately) 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 15 Add : 4.50% Contigency Charges
