Tender For Addl Altn To Five Nos Raw Water Tank At Milit Girinagar Pune; 1 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 10 sqm on plan, in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling,mass concrete complete all as specified & directed. 3 Demolition of Brickwork or stone masonary built in Cement mortarincluding all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, ccomplete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L forrendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4), finishing even and smoothwithout using exta cementcomplete mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.Note:-water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for as seperately supply only 6 M&L for Hardcore(Broken boulder) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base or simillar works complete all as specified and directed. 8 M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregateas in flooring and the like with water proofing compound @ 3 % by wt of cementetcor simillar works complete all as specified and directed . 9 Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed. 10 Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx30mm /20 cm x 20cm x 25 mm(as approved)thick set jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry with andcement concrete filleting work at edgesincluding 15 mm thick screed bed of CM(1:6) in floors complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum in any type of soil andgetting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil n.exc 50m and making good the surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 13 M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling or mass concrete or simillar work complete all as specified and as directed . 14 S&F chain link fencing of mesh size 50mm x 50mm, line wires of dia 3mm including standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wirecomplete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia in fencing complete all as specified and as directed . 16 S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n exc 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed . 17 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed . 18 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed . 19 S&F non structural rolled steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, wind ties, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 20 S&F structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed. 21 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 22 Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers n exc .25 cm each. complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Removal of excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point. In soil complete all as specified and as directed.
