(Make : Havells/ Crompton/ Philips). 2 Supply only LED streetlight made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiencyas lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 of capacity 120 Watt. (Make : Havells/ Crompton/ Philips). 3 Supply only LED Flood light of capacity 200 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiencyas lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 of following capacity(Make : Havells/ Crompton/ Orient). 4 Supplyof 240/230 volt, 50 Hz, T.P., power contactor (Make: L & T/ABB/Schneider/Simence/ GE) having contact block of the following range. : 50-85 Amp (As per ISI marked). 5 Supplyof Electronic Timer suitable for240/ 360/415V, 50 Hz(Make: L&T/ABB/Schneider/ Simence/GE/Minilic) of the following time (Second) range ;3.0 to 30.0. (ISI Marked) 6 Supplyingof 240/415 V MCBof Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.(Legrand). : FP 63 Amp 7 Supply only 16 sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated aluminium armorued cable. (Make : KEI/Havells/Gloster) 8 Supply only single core 10 sqmmflexible strunded copper cable. (Make : KEI/Havells/Gloster) 9 Supply and fixing FRP loop box of size 300 x 200 x 105mm or similar size with 1 no. 4 way connector, 1 Nos 6 A SP MCB in din rail with necessary connection (Make : Sintex/Mecedon/EPP or similar) including suitable size clamp, GI nuts, bolts, washers for fixing on street light all as directd by EIC. 10 Supplying and fixing 415 V Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 25kA/35kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic / adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in existing DBs / enclosure and necessary connection :125 A (Legrand) 11 Supply only PVCLTconnector of size 4 x 4 sqmm. 12 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials: 4 core 16 sqmm cable 13 Installation the feedeer pillar box only on cement brick foundation including plastering and neat cementing as per specification and direction of E.I.C. b) For medium size feeder pillar box 14 Supplying & Erection of mini size feeder pillar box of Size (918 x 561 x 382 mm) made up of 2 mm thick MS Plate along with suitable M.S. Angle. The P.B. have double hinge door at the front & back with suitable locking arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 cores of aluminiam paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessories. Leg of the pillar box will be 900 mm in length by made up of (35 x 35 x 3 mm MS Angle with suitable base Plate. Legs of the Pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (6:3:1). Rest portion coverd by 5 Brick Wall with plastering & net cement & bottom portion filled with silver sand as drawing & direction of E.I.C 15 Straight through Jointing of cable of different size by compound jointing kit including S&F ferrul, tapes and jointing materials (Brand approved by EIC) : 3½ / 4 core 10-16 sqmm cable. 16 Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling& ramming.
