    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Hydraulic Press Machine; Hydraulic Press Machine; Yes; Buyer Premises, Service Provider Premises REPAIR OF HYDRAULIC PRESS MACHINE MCWM NO:MISC-102 (a) (b) 1. Repair of Hydraulic press machine : Defects: Piston pressure not holding and its stroke is malfunctioning intermittently. 2. Suggested Repairs: 2. (2.1) Piston Ring made with cast iron is required to replace with new. (2.2) Hydraulic oil seal of piston is required to replace with new (same size and material which is already fitted) (2.3) Change gaskets &seals which are fitted in hydraulic motor pump and hydraulic system to make hydraulic tank and machine leak proof. (2.4) Rectification of pressure control system including electric motor with pump so that piston pressure should be stable and sustain load approx 30T & return force 15T. (2.5) Hydraulic oil filter/strainer is to be changed. Total Quantity :
