Tender For Special Repairs To Flooring And Wall Painting In Godown No.2 At Aruppukottai Warehouse; 1 Chipping of concrete & roughening the surface., Complete Complying as per direction of the departmental officers. 2 Dismantlingexisting Reinforced Cement Concrete and clearing away the debris and filling in the Low laying areas in the campus etc., Complete Complying as per direction of the departmental officers. 3 Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep as per standard specifications. 4 Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 5 Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five M-sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm, gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. 6 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, two M-sand and four aggregates) using 20mm, gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidatedlevelling the surface neatly with mechanical power travel and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. 7 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) 8 Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and Half crushed stone sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including mixing of concrete with mixer machine, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 9 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire) 10 Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.20kg/Rm. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centre to centre forming protection to the loading platform finishing in fllush with the slab with CM 1:3 ( One cement and three sand ) etc., completeincluding painting the exposed surface of MS channel with one coat of red oxide primer. 11 Painting the walls withPlastic emulsion paint two coats over one coat of primer including thorough scrapping as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the emulsion paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work). 12 Painting old wood works with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour ( the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rates inclusive of removing paint from doors, windows and wood works by manual labour including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers during execution of work. 13 Repair and Servicing the Existingwornout wooden/iron, Ventilators / mesh mild glass etc.., including cost of replacing materials and labour charges etc.., including cost of weld mesh complete complying with standard specifications. 14 Repairs in the Manual Rolling Shutters of size 1.80m x 2.44m and replacing the Exisiting worn out spares like M.S tension spring, small lathe, empty pully and double ball bearing, locking arrangements and also servicing the gear box and shutter for smoothening function and pull operation etc,. including cost of replacing materials labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification. 15 Providing expansion joint at 5mtr intervals across the flooring by cutting the grooves 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractors own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead, lift and other incidental works, etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. 16 Providing of stack plan by using two coats of enamel paint of width 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges and all materials cost and all other incidental expenses etc., complete complying as per standard specification.
