    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Magna Flux Machine; Magna Flux Machine; Yes; Buyer Premises, Service Provider Premises CALIBRATION OF MAGNA FLUX MACHINE Calibration of Magna Flux Machine. (1.1) The Viper OH Line, 4 BRD AF is equipped with Magna Flux Machine. Which is used for MPI of Viper Aero Engine. (1.2) The existing Magna Flux Machine (OEM -M/s ITW Signode India Limited, Hyderabad) is due for calibration. (1.3) Seller is to provide calibration through OEM and Calibration is to be carried out by OEM Technical Representative only. (1.4) Bidder may visit the site for evaluation and assessment before bidding to understand the extent of work & scope in detail. Certificates to be rendered: Calibration Certificate should be provided by Firm from OEM (M/s ITW Signode India Limited, Hyderabad) within two days of completion of calibration at site Performance test: (3.1) The down time of machine should not be more than 05 (Five) days due to calibration. (3.2) The performance test will be checked for trouble free operation for 40 hrs. (3.3) During calibration, the observed anomalies Total Quantity :
