Tender For Routine Maintenance Work Of Milling System Of Unit 4 And 5 Of 2X500mw, Btps, Anpara - Routine & Preventive Maintenance of Raw Coal Feeder and Seal Air Fans. 4 Routine & Preventive Maintenance of Ball Mills and their Lubricating system. 5 PART-II 6 Unloading of steel ball at site from the trucks and charging in the ball mills through the system. 7 Unloading of steel balls at site from the trucks and charging in the ball mills through man hole/ trunion tube. 8 Collecting scrap material and drums from BMD-II, BTPS site scrap yard, picking/stacking it category wise e.g. M.S., S.S., C.I., Alloy steel, mixed steel and empty steel ball drum, old & used S.Tak 40, Off size grinding media steel ball drum etc. then transportation from site scrap yard to central scrap yard by tractor trolley/truck, Hydra for loading/ unloading of heavy scrap material. Depth 1 mtr, Length 70 meter 36 Collection of garbage from boiler area and their disposal at least 1-2Km away from the chimney 37 PART-c 38 The work of cleaning of coal dust under the Ball Mill drum enclosure and its proper collection at some place outside the enclosure of unit no 4 & 5, 2 X 500 MW, BTPS, Anpara. 39 The work of transportation of coal dust/ raw coal from Ball Mill area/ R C Feeder floor site, to the designated place in the coal yard of A/BTPS, Anpara(with the help of Tractor -trolley) 40 PART-D 41 Running and up keeping of portable centrifuging machine MAB-206/103 of M/s Alfa Laval make for centrifuging of oil (Servo Mesh SP 460 &ServoMesh SP 220) used in Milling System of BMD-II,BTPS, Anpara including handling of oil drums from site store to each Mills. 42 Overhauling of Centrifuging machine MAB-206 of M/s Alfa Laval make.
