Repair and Servicing of 11 KV VCB Panel (C.G Make)including Replacement of Potential transformer , Servicing of Vacuum circuit Breakers , and Replacement of power backup installed at Main Electrical Distribution Section of Govt. Super Specaility Hospital, Jammu- 1 Replacement of defunct Potential Transformer by way ofdismantling the old damaged PT andproviding and fitting of new Incommer VCB P.Tof specification -11/110V.The job includes performing electrical testing to ensure the P.T is working satisfactory after complete installation .The job includes cost of material , tool and tackles , skilled labour charge and taxes. 2 Servicingof Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VCB) of 11 KVA VCB panel .The job includes removing the electrical connection andisolating the VCB from any power supply,then complete physical inspection of VCBfor any cracks ,corrosion or loose connections,check the condition of insulators ,pole unit supports ,control circuit component, wiring and terminals, examine the operating mechanism for any signs of wear or damage.The job includes cleaning of VCB thoroughly ,removing dust ,dirt or contaminants.Lubricate the mechanical linkages and moving parts with appropriate lubricant.The job includes checking the condition of fixed and moving contacts for wear, pitting or other damage,ensure proper contact alignment and presssue,High potential testing to assess the dielectric strength of the vacuum interrupter.The job includes verifying the proper operation of the operation mechanism , including triping and closing functions,checking the timimg and syncronization of the contacts.The job includes performing electrical testing to ensure the breaker is working satisfactory after complete servicing of VCB.The job includes cost of material , tool and tackles , skilled labour charge and taxes. 3 Replacement of defunct power pack by way of installation of new 230 V/24 V DC Battery Back Up.The job includes performing electrical testing to ensure the P.T is working satisfactory after complete installation .The job includes cost of material , tool and tackles , skilled labour charge and taxes.
