    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Supply And Apply Of 4Mm Electrostatic Dissipative Floor Coat System As Per Ofdr Specification Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments -Supply and Apply of 4mm ESD Floor coat system. Removing existing working table carefully from bldg. Checking of residual moisture with moisture meter, it should not be more than 5%. First mechanical surface preparation by grinder is done followed by proper cleaning, application of hi build primer; application of scratch coat-intermediate coat is done. Then laying copper tape on floor at a distance of 1mtr x 1mtr, minimum thickness of copper strip should be 0.1 mm i.e. 100 micron and width of strip should be minimum 25mm. (Ref STEC No 7. 2017, page no 29 & 30) Application of black primer (carbon fine mix) conductive coat is carried out. Further application of self-smoothening ESD (Electrostatic Dissipative) topping carbon fiber mix as per shade selected is done. Conducting Grade-Resistance of floor surface to earth must be less than 50x1012. (Ref STEC No 7, 2017, page no 29 &30) Floor coating warranty up to 2 years. Final top coat colour will be decided by OFDR. Total Quantity :
