    Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract For Air Cooling At Bikaner District Court Complex (Ew) 2025-26. - Charges for Providing of experienced and Highly skilled/ skilled/semi-skilled/ Un skilledlabour for electric repair/ maintenance/operation of Air conditioning /Air cooling / Fire fighting /Lift/D G set /CCTV/EPABX or any other electromechanical services/ systems as required.( One shift of 8 Hours per day ) 2 Skilled Labour 3 All in all comprehensive maintenance of single/double Skin package type evaporative air cooling plant including air washer section , hum idification section , fan section with motor , starter panel , water pump, ducting , grills etc as per OEM s guidelines to meet out the maximum efficiency of the machine after defect laibilitv period. 4 Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed ArrmouredAluminiumcable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV withH4- Grade electrolyticaluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie) includingtesting etc. as required of following size. OEM must have its own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810.For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure A attached with this BSR 5 120.0 Sq. mm 6 3.5 core
