Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) 4 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 15 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of syntheticfibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand) 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level :1:2:4 (1Cement : 2 fine/ coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work 7 SS wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm on both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm 8 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: 9 Providing and fixing white vitreous china wash basin including making all connections but excluding the cost of fittings : Flat back wash basin of size 630x450mm. 10 Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceramic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4). 11 Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed vitrified tiles of colour tandard white, grey, ivory, fume, red brown, light green, light blue, and other light shades with water absorption less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS : 13753 & IS : 15622 in floor, steps etc laid on bed on neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on wall and pillar) size 600mm x 600mm 12 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitablelocking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank 13 Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931:-15 mm nominal bore. 14 Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved qualit 15 mm nominal bore. 15 110 mm ID/ND PVC-U pipes (stiffness class SN 8) as per IS 15328 16 110 mm dia U-PVC double/ single socketed 90° bend (class III, 6kg/sqcm) confirming to IS:7834 17 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
