Tender For Improvement Of Various Junctions And Roads Under Zone -02 , Jda Jaipur - Dismantling Kerb Stones Dismantling kerb stones by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 202. 2 Providing and fixing reinforced concrete precast kerb stone or dand R.Mtr of M-20 grade cement concrete 120 cm long having 4 Nos. bars of 8 mm dia hysd and stirrups 6 Nos of 6 mm dia as per IS with in built provision of interlocking of jointing and lifting compaction of reinforced concrete by mechanical and table vibrators jointing at site with cement mortar 1:4 complete in all respect as directed by Engineer incharge on: 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 stone aggregate 20 mm thick nominal size) including excavation of earth and cutting of BT road cutting of WBM road etc. and disposal of surplus material with all lead and lift.The size of kerb shall be (11.5+16.5)/2*30+(16.5*7.5) 3 Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered /concrete surfaces as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 801 4 Traffic Signs Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 801.3.1 encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 801.3.1 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and MoRTH Specification Clause 801 600 mm equilateral triangle 5 600 mm circular 6 Marking Centre Line and stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160 C with a special applicator machine complete with a special applicator machine complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements. 7 Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503. 8 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder minimum @ 5.2 & 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects for Grading-I ( 19 mm nominal size ) Bitumen (VG-30) 9 Providing and laying 25 mm thick Mastic Asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing anti-skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 C protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per Clause 516. 10 CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU): Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. Rumble Strip should be tested for Material Identification for Poly Urethane (PU) as per ASTM D3418. Its UV Stabilized should be tested for 24 hours as per ASTM G154.Rumble Strip should be tested and pass for Load Capacity of 50 mt. 30 Geometric Design Consultancy for Urban Junctions (MoRTH/IRC-Compliant)* This item includes the end-to-end consultancy services for geometric design of urban road junctions in accordance with *MoRTH* (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) and*IRC* (Indian Roads Congress) guidelines. The scope of work includes:1. Topographic Survey :Detailed topographic survey using Total Station/ DGPS (as appropriate) covering a minimum radius of 75-100 m from the junction center.Identification of all physicalfeatures including road furniture, utilities, trees, structures, drains, traffic signals, signage, and encroachments.2. Traffic and Turning Movement Survey* (ifapplicable):Classified volume counts and turning movement surveys to assess current traffic flow patterns.3. Geometric Design: Development of existing layout plan. Design of optimal junction geometry considering capacity, LOS (Level of Service), pedestrian safety, NMT (Non-Motorised Transport), and future expansion needs. Preparation of improvement schemes including channelization, traffic islands, lane widths, approach gradients, visibility checks, and signal coordination.4. Road Safety Audit (RSA): (Feasibility/Design Stage) audit as per IRC:SP:88 and MoRTH Circulars.Identification of safety issues and integration of recommendations in the design.5. Deliverables:Survey drawings, existing and proposed layout plans.Design report with justification.Road safety audit report CAD drawings in editable format. 31 Laying of pre-mixed, ready to use, high performance, curing free, quick-setting geopolymer based mortar for repairing of pothole on concrete surface in following stepsi) Cutting the panel in a regular shape.ii) Chopping loose particles on the surface to minimum 50 mm depth, cleaning the existing surface thoroughly using wire brushing, water jetting, or sandblasting as necessary and getting dried.iii) Ensure the surface is sound, clean, and slightly roughened.iv) Prepare concrete by mixing water.v) Laying the surface using prepared wet mix with proper compaction and surface finishing.vi) Saw cutting or grooving to match existing joints or improve skid resistance shall be completed after initial setting.vii) No curing has to be done.Work to be done with following material (to be provided by our department) - Pre-mixed, ready to use, high performance, department) - Pre-mixed, ready to use, high performance, curing free, quick-setting mortar with following property – Curing Free, compressive strength of 20 MPa within 4 hours, Quick Setting, Non Shrink, Non Toxic and repaired surface should be ready to use after 4 hours. 32 Providing and Fixing SPRING POST 710 MM with following minimun specificationThe body of Spring Post should be made of virgin special flexible material PU (Polyurethane).. Two bands of special Heat Transfer Tape of a minimum 75 mm width must be pasted through Heat Transfer Pasting Technology around the Spring Post . It should be in three different parts: upper tubuler part should be made out of PU & two bottom parts should be made out of ABS (Astronitrilite Butadiene Styrene). All three parts should be assembled together with the help of three nuts and bolts to be used for installation too.Special epoxy bond is used to fix the Spring Post with road surface. Springs/Rings should be molded in the Spring Post to ensure complete flexibility of the product.18 mm hole provided on top for fixing of hooks etc.Dimensions of the Spring Post should be: Length 710mm, upper dia 80mm & bottom dia is 210mm approx.
