Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Office Space; Substation; Service Provider Supply & fix Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 including painting of 05 Nos alternate strips of black and yellow paint up to 1.5 mtr from PCC coping complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 complying with requirement of relevent IS and painting the pole upto 5 feet from ground level with black and red alternate strip of 30 CM each with synthetic enamel paint incl removing of broken pole debris at as specified and directed by Enginer-In-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for bed concrete for foundation of pole all as specified and directed Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pole copping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified Material and labour for PCC 1:2.4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for copping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement all as directed and specified M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1.1 kv of size 100mm height and 115 mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps section 38 x 5 mm size 20 mm dia bolt nut and washers complete all as specified and directed of Material and labour for ACSR conductor Weasel to dog (6/1/2 59 to 6/1/4 72) any size to be drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including stringing, stretching. binding with insulators Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag jointing jumpers, etc complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hat, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and Inclusive or one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of super enamel paint complete all as specified and directed Material & labour for stay assembly complete comprising of 7/3 15 galvanised stranded stay wire of required length, fixed to pole with and including Fi clamps 50 x 6 mm, bolt, nuts washers, GI stay rod 20 mm dia and 1800 mm long, stay bow 400 x14mm, Gi steel plate 300x300x0mm, loop insulator of size 00 x 140mm clearance hole 10mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work all as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR part-1 2009 on Page No 495 compelete all as specified and directed Nole (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately M&L Galvanised stay strand of size 7/4 sqmm all as specified and directed Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mir wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables errecting of pole including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed Hem suatu spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where it is directed pomolata alla Total Quantity :
