(Assisting Municipal Council) 4 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, according to section 112 and 114 of Industrial Civil Act 1965, prepare draft list by doing tax assessment of property as per capital value or taxable value method. (Assisting Municipal Council) 5 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, preparation of Section 119 (Information Notice) of Industrial Civil Act 1965 and printing of information notice. (Assisting Municipal Council) 6 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, to assist Municipal Council employees in distributing Section 119 (Information Notice) of the Industrial Civil Act 1965. 7 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, to prepare the final tax assessment list of the entire property as per Section 121 of the Industrial Civil Act 1965.
