    Tender For Rate Analysis For Various Types Of Floating Triton 2 Process Aerator Mixer For Pcmc Area Sewage Treatment Plant- 1 Designing, manufacturing, supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of Triton 2.O Series Process Aerator/Mixer With foat Mount Assembly along with panel & Cabling Complete. The Unit supplied must be able to operate in mixing mode & in aeration mode and thus offering dual functionality feature. Unit must have simultaneous aeration & mixing mode. Aspirator based aerator consists of an electric motor & regenerative blower located above the water surface. The motor is connected to hollow shaft with protective housing positioned at 45/60 degree angle downward into the water. Aerators with submersible motors or gear box mechanism are not acceptable.Detailed quotation notice has been attached 2 The Process Aerator / Mixer Kit With Float Mount Assembly shall be suitable for the design of following Sizes: 1) Motor rating of Areator -10 HP. 2) Motor rating of Regenerative blower - 3 HP. 3) Total rating - 13 HPIE-3,415V + 10%, 720 - 750RPM,50 Hz + 5%,F Class Insulation,IP-56. 3 The Process Aerator / Mixer Kit With Float Mount Assembly shall be suitable for the design of following Sizes: 1) Motor rating of Areator - 25 HP. 2) Motor rating of Regenerative blower - 5.5 HP. 3) Total rating - 30.5HP IE-3,415V + 10%, 720 - 750RPM,50 Hz + 5%,F Class Insulation,IP-56. 4 The Process Aerator / Mixer Kit With Float Mount Assembly shall be suitable for the design of following Sizes: 1) Motor rating of Areator - 30HP. 2) Motor rating of Regenerative blower - 7.5 HP. 3) Total rating - 37.5 HP IE-3,415V + 10%, 720 - 750RPM,50 Hz + 5%,F Class Insulation,IP-56. 5 The Process Aerator / Mixer Kit With Float Mount Assembly shall be suitable for the design of following Sizes: 1) Motor rating of Areator - 50 HP. 2) Motor rating of Regenerative blower - 10 HP. 3) Total rating - 60HPIE-3,415V + 10%, 720 - 750RPM,50 Hz + 5%,F Class Insulation,IP-56.
