    GENERAL-Repair and Maintenance of RO Plant-urgent repair work required to restore the RO plant for the use of Main Block Pantry, Kerala House, New Delhi. -General Civil Work--- 1 RO Plant Repair 2 OD41311/2025-2026:Repairing of Existing RO Plant 3 Annual Maintenance Contract 4 OD41337/2025-2026:Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for RO Plant for One Year - The scope of work includes periodic maintenance and servicing of the RO plant throughout the contract period. Services under this contract shall include routine inspection and check-up of the plant components (pumps, filters, valves, pipelines, electrical and control systems, etc.) as and when requested by the department, cleaning of filter housings, flushing of membranes, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality. The contract also includes replacement of RO membrane once during the contract period, using compatible high-quality membranes of approved make. All consumables, tools, and manpower required for the routine maintenance and membrane replacement are to be provided by the contractor. 5 Miscellaneous Work 6 50.18.7.3.2:Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 25 mm dia 10Kgf/ cm2- Internal work- Exposed on wall 7 50.18.9.3.2:Providing and fixing PVC pipes includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 25 mm dia 10KGF/cm2 8 18.51.1:Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms.15 mm nominal bore 9 OD44631/2025-2026:Providing and laying One HP Submersible pump of approved manufacturer as directed by Engineer in Charge including electrical works
