    Tender For Dps Puthuppally - Painting The Building--- 1 DPSPuthuppally - painting the building 2 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work 3 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work 4 Acid washing to the glazed floor and wall tiles including washing the sanitary fixtures using hydrochloric acid including cost of materials conveyance, labour charges as per the direction of departmental authorities 5 Dismantling and removing Manglore tiles over roofs including ridges, hips valleys sheets and tiles and boarding and stacking material with in a distance of 150m. 6 Roofing with M.P. tiles 320mm ornearest available size 7 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) onthe exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm diaM.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock systemnwith M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for workingplatform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .Thescaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for theworkmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measuredfor payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective ofduration of scaffolding. 8 Labour engaged for miscellaneous works-Coolie
